DRAGN-Town

Dynamic unique quest generation influenced through the use of knowledge graphs.

Project Goal:

Create characterized chatbots capable of generating quests while abiding by knowledge graph information, and developing an Unreal Engine interface.

This would allow a game to design unique quests for each player while keeping resources and world facts consistent. It would also allow CPUs to bring up quests in a more natural way.

Team Members:

Other Information:

-DRAGN-Town meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 1 pm (until May 27th)

-The AI (used to pull information from the knowledge graph to create quests) made up its own creature once. The AI called it a Barrow-Wumpf.

-When asked what a Barrow-Wumpf looked like, the team was told that it was a “mix between a goat and a man who lived in heavily wooded areas”.

-One member of DRAGN Labs took it upon themselves to draw this creature, and its rendering is below.

The student would like to note that while not containing many human aspects, this is a youth of the species. They plan to create an adult creature to include the upper body of a man, and a face that is a mixture between man and goat. (Therefore, making it more creepy in the process.)
